Team of the Week – Sheridan Bruins, Men's Indoor Soccer
As the indoor Men's Soccer Championship took place, it was the Sheridan Bruins that came out on top to claim the championship title in a 2-0 win over the Fleming Knights. Tournament All-Stars included Mark Burns and teammate Cameo Ellis of the Bruins, while Jonathan Costa was named 2010 Championship MVP.
Team of the Week – Fanshawe Falcons, Women's Indoor Soccer
The 2010 Women's Indoor Soccer Championships also took place this past weekend. It was the Fanshawe Falcons who earned their second championship of the season defeating the Humber Hawks 1-0 in penalty kicks. Tournament All-Stars included Jessica Trejo of the Bruins, while teammate Emily Gillet was alongside to accept her title as Top Goalkeeper.

Team of the Week – West Region All-star Team, Men's Volleyball
It was power vs. defense in the OCAA men's volleyball all-star game in North Bay at Canadore College. The West Region men's volleyball team squeaked out the 3-1 (25-23, 29-27, 25-18, 22-25) victory over a determined and defensive minded East Region to earn the divisional bragging rights. Redeemer's Brad Douwes was a dominant force in the middle position ripping several monster kills and playing solid defense and was rewarded as the West's MVP. Costa Solanakis, setter for the Algonquin Thunder, was name the East Region MVP.
Team of the Week – East Region All-star Team, Women's Volleyball
Meghan Renwick of the Durham Lords ran an efficient and balanced offence utilizing each of her positional players effectively for the East Region Women's volleyball team at the OCAA All-star game in North Bay. Renwick showed her hustle as she chased down her teams passes and for her efforts was named the games East Region MVP. Bucking the traditional of the four game match, the East and West coaches agreed that the match needed to be settled so a fifth game was played. The East prevailed winning 3-2 (17-25, 25-23, 26-28, 25-21, 15-10) to earn the season's bragging rights. Niagara's Marieka Ouimette was named MVP for the West team.

Team of the Week – George Brown Huskies Men's Indoor Soccer
The George Brown Huskies Men's Indoor Soccer Team finished first at the 2010 Central East Indoor Soccer Regional Championship held at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan this past week, punching their ticket to the OCAA Championship. The Huskies recorded three wins and also played one match to a draw.
Team of the Week – Seneca Sting, Women's Indoor Soccer
The Seneca Sting Women's Indoor Soccer Team were undefeated at the 2010 Central East Indoor Soccer Regional Championship this past week. They won all four of their scheduled matches and advanced to the OCAA Championship held next weekend.

Team of the Week – Humber Hawks Men's Basketball
The Humber Hawks men's basketball team capped off an impressive 17-1 season with a 59-48 win over the host Fanshawe Falcons at the belairdirect 2010 OCAA Men's Basketball Championships played at Fanshawe's London Campus. The game was tight from the opening tip-off with seven lead changes in the first half alone. The second half was the difference however, as Humber outscored Fanshawe by 10 points to claim the OCAA Men's Basketball gold medal. Jim Flack, Head Coach of the Sheridan Bruins was selected for the Fair Play Award, while Daviau Rodney was named the Championship MVP.
Team of the Week – Humber Hawks, Mixed Badminton
Humber's mixed doubles pair of Renee Yip and Raymond Wong took home the gold medal from the 2010 CCAA National Badminton Championship. The Yip and Wong duo lost two of their first three matches at the tournament then went on to win four in a row including dethroning the two-time defending national champions NAIT in their semi-final match. Yip was also named an All-Canadian for the first time at the Champions Banquet. The pair are also the fourth OCAA team to win a gold medal in Mixed Doubles at the National Championship.
Team of the Week – Sheridan Bruins, Women's Basketball
In only five years of existence, the Sheridan Bruins women's basketball team have made quite the impression earning their third consecutive OCAA Championship title this past weekend in Barrie. Led by veterans Hali Burns, Jeralyn Espiritu and Donisha Young, the Bruins defeated the Algonquin Thunder, Fanshawe Falcons and St. Clair Saints enroute to the title. Sheridan averaged 79 points per game in their three victories, with the championship MVP Hali Burns averaging 18.3 points per game.

Team of the Week – Humber Hawks Men's Volleyball
Number one ranked West Division team the Humber Hawks took the OCAA Championship title title Saturday as they defeated the Seneca Sting in three sets (25-15, 25-22, 25-23). Rookie of the Year, Terrel Bramwell led the way as he buried 20 kills and two stuff blocks for a total 22 points on the game. Jordan Langley and teammate Matt Isaacs also contributed both hammering in nine points for the win.
Team of the Week – Humber Hawks, Women's Volleyball
The Humber women's volleyball team, the number one ranked team in the province, defeated the Nipissing Lakers to win their third consecutive OCAA Women's Volleyball championship. In a close match, OCAA Rookie of the year Kelly Nyhoff lead the team with a total 17 points, via 12 kills, three aces and two stuff blocks with help from teammate Landis Doyle who hammered in 12 points of her own. Left side hitter May Strutt was also instrumental and was selected player of the game.

Team of the Week – Fleming Knights Curling
The Knights managed to sweep-up three medals at the OCAA Curling Championships in Sault St. Marie, last weekend. The Knights scored a gold medal in the mixed category with a 9-4 win over host Algoma in the final day of action. The Fleming Men also captured gold with a solid 5-1 win over Niagara. On the women's side, the ladies took home a bronze for their excellent play and great throwing. As well, the Knights Mixed Team took home the ‘Hap Holman' Fair Play Award for their sportsmanship and excellent display of gamesmanship.
Team of the Week – Mohawk Mountaineers Women's Curling
The Lady Mountaineers curlers went back to Hamilton happy this past weekend, earning their gold medal in curling over Confederation with an 8-3 record. The Mountaineers managed to come back from an early deficit to win the match.
Team of the Week – George Brown Badminton
The Huskies were well represented at the OCAA Badminton Championships in Windsor last weekend, with two athletes earning spots on the podium. Timothy Chiu and Dayvon Reid swept the Men's Single's championship enroute to claiming the Men's Team title and tying the Huskies with Humber for the Overall Team Title.
Team of the Week – Humber Hawks Badminton
The Hawks put on a solid team effort in Windsor this past weekend to win bronze and silver in the Men's Doubles and Women's Singles respectively. Jordanna Lanquill went 4-3 on the tournament to earn silver. Men's OCAA Player of the Year, Charlie Lay and last years OCAA Player of the Year, Mark Wong, grabbed bronze for their effort in the Men's Double category. Humber also tied with George Brown for the Overall Team Title.

Men's Team of the Week – Seneca Sting Men's Basketball
Seneca had an impressive week to say the least, winning three games and knocking off two teams ranked in the OCAA top five in the process. The Sting kicked started their week with an 84-68 win over Durham. Seneca was led by Vadim Halimov and his 19 point effort. The Sting kept their winning ways going with a 54-49 win over visiting Algonquin. Norman Hamilton paced the way for Seneca with 18 points in the win. The Sting rounded off their week with a 54-39 win over La Cite and a jump up to fourth in the OCAA Rankings.
Women's Team of the Week – Humber Hawks Women's Volleyball
The Humber women's volleyball team broke out the brooms this week going a perfect 3-0 in 3-0 fashion. Top ranked in the province, the Hawks swept the Niagara Knights 25-15, 25-17, 25-13, the Nipissing Lakers 25-22, 25-14, 25-15 and the Canadore Panthers 25-12, 25-13, 25-8. Laura Bye paces the Hawks with 27 kills on the week as well as 32 digs. Humber has clinched the West Division championship and have also earned an automatic bye to the OCAA Championship in Sudbury later this month.

Team of the Week – Humber Hawks Badminton
The Humber Hawks captured the West Regional Badminton title this past week at Seneca College, finishing top three in every event. Both men's teams placed first as Dustin Mitchell took home gold in the singles event, while national double bronze medalist Charlie Lay and 2008-09 OCAA Player of the Year Mark Wong won the Men's Doubles. Raymond Wong, 2007-08 OCAA Player of the Year, and standout rookie Renee Yip soared to the top to take home first place in the mixed doubles category. The Humber team as a whole finished the tournament with an impressive 46 points, 14 points higher than second place contender, and host team, Seneca College.
Team of the Week – George Brown Huskies Badminton
The George Brown Huskies took home the East Regional badminton title after managing to squeeze out 34 points over close competitors and runner-ups Cambrian and Georgian College. The team was led by Men's Singles players Timothy Chiu and Deyvon Reid who finished in first and second respectively. The Women's doubles team of Chris Pinto & Sandy Cho had a strong showing as the finished in second place, while the Mixed doubles team of Sudharshinie Kumaruguthatan & Muhammed Usama finished in third. Emily Rigo added to the point total as she captured third place in Women's Singles.

Men's Team of the Week – Trent Excalibur, Men's Volleyball
It was all about the Trent Excalibur who found themselves with a perfect 3-0 record and now sit atop of the OCAA East Division standings. Trent posted a 3-0 victory over the Durham Lords (25-20, 26-24, 25-23) as Ben Kinzett led his team with 18 points stemming from 12 kills, five blocks and an ace. He also donated 10 digs to the cause. Taking to the road two days later, Kinzett continued his solid play adding 13 kills to his weekly total in a 3-0 sweep of Boreal. Before leaving Sudbury, the Excalibur were put to their most stringent test, as they walked away from Cambrian with a 3-2 (25-10, 23-25, 23-25, 25-17, 15-11) victory to secure their top ranking in the East for the time being. Ian Rettie, a fifth year setter, ran a balanced offense against the Golden Shield allowing four of his hitter to record at least seven kills in the match. T.J Redin was also a wall at the net, rejecting nine blocks in the match.
Women's Team of the Week – Algonquin Thunder, Women's Basketball
In a match-up of the top two teams in the East, the Algonquin Thunder moved to an impressive 10-1 on the year as they defeated the previously unbeaten George Brown Huskies by a score of 54-51. The Thunder were lead by Sandre Bascoe who scored 15 points in the win, while teammate Trish Grey chipped in 11. The win over George Brown extends the Thunders winning streak to nine games and bumped them up to the second seed in the OCAA Rankings.

Men's Team of the Week – Mohawk Mountaineers, Men's Basketball
The Mohawk Mountaineers were paired up against the toughest competition in the OCAA, the undefeated and top ranked Fanshawe Falcons. After being down 10 points in the first, the Mountaineers switched gears and came back to upset the Falcons with a 71-64 final score. Forward, Nick Fadayel racked up 12 points in both the first and second halves of the game for a game high 24 points.
Women's Team of the Week – Canadore Panthers, Women's Volleyball
The Canadore Panthers tallied back-to-back wins at home against the St. Clair Saints and Lambton Lions. The first match brought on a close triumph as the game went the full five sets 26-24, 25-21, 20-25, 24-26, 15-7. MacKenzie Golka, a second year middle, played strong through both games burying 14 points against the seventh ranked St. Clair and continuing to lead the team with 12 points for a 3-0 win against the Lions.

Men's Team of the Week – Algonquin Thunder, Men's Basketball
The Algonquin Thunder picked up two solid wins this past week against East division rival teams the Durham Lords and the Fleming Knights. The Thunder, now tied for second place, managed to upheave the provincially top ranked Knights in an 86-71 win. Sean Rodrigues, a native of the Bahamas, led both games against the Knights and Lords with 17 and 24 points respectively. Teammate and fellow guard Jordan Rose also contributed in the victories netting a combined 25 points.
Women's Team of the Week – Georgian Grizzlies, Women's Basketball
The Lady Grizzlies started back on the right paw with a pair of wins this week. The Grizzlies kicked off the year with a 3-0 win against the Fleming Knights (25-13, 25-17, 25-22) as outside hitter, Katelynn Dennis, lead the team offensively with 6 kills. Teammate Danika Doucette was also instrumental in the win and finished the game with eight points. Following up with another victory, Barrie native Erin McClean contributed eight kills and four serving aces in the 3-1 outcome over the Trent Excalibur (25-21, 25-20, 11-25, 25-22).

Men's Team of the Week – Fanshawe Falcons, Men's Basketball
The undefeated Fanshawe Falcons were victorious in winning the George Brown Invitational with a final score of 67-65 versus the home team the George Brown Huskies. Fanshawe went a perfect 3-0 defeating Durham and Seneca enroute to the title.
Women's Team of the Week – Algoma Thunderbirds, Women's Basketball
The Algoma Thunderbirds claimed the 2010 Vikings Invitational Champions as they defeated the Mohawk Mountaineers 55-48 in the championship game. Tournament MVP Carolyn Fragale of Thunder Bay, led the Thunderbirds with 14 points and three rebounds. Fragale also finished with the tournament high of 64 points and was joined by teammates Kathleen Thorburn and Kayla Kiessig on the All-tournament team.

Men's Team of the Week – Redeemer Royals, Men's Volleyball
The Redeemer Royals ended their first semester on a high note earning a pair of victories over the eighth ranked Fanshawe Falcons and the top ranked Humber Hawks at home on the 2010 OCAA Championship court. The Royals kicked off their week downing the Hawks 3-2 (25-20, 14-25, 25-17, 20-25, 15-12). Aaron Tolkamp, a 6'4 rookie setter from Burnaby, B.C., distributed the ball evenly to give the Royals the advantage in both matches and was again rewarded for his decision making three nights later, leading his team to their second five set victory of the week, downing the Falcons 3-2 (25-19, 25-19, 18-25, 22-25, 25-11).
Women's Team of the Week – Durham Lords, Women's Volleyball
The Durham Lords women's volleyball team picked up a trio of 3-0 victories this week, including a sweep of their Ottawa swing trip. The Lords kicked off their three games in three day tour at home, handily defeating the George Brown Huskies 3-0 (25-15, 25-18, 25-18), before heading out on the road to best the Algonquin Thunder 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-21). A stop at La Cite concluded the Lords winning week, leaving the nations capital with the final 3-0 (25-23, 25-23, 25-16) victory of 2009 for the Lords. Teams will now take a break and resume play in January.

Men's Team of the Week – Fleming Knights, Men's Basketball
The Fleming Knights are now the top ranked team in Ontario after dethroning the top ranked St. Lawrence Vikings in Peterborough on their home court this past week 94-85. Fleming were multiple winners on the week also ousting the Loyalist Lancers 84-66 to earn the title.
Women's Team of the Week – Niagara Knights, Women's Volleyball
The Niagara Knights women's volleyball team posted two victories this past week, defeating both the St. Clair Saints and the Lambton Lions in 3-0 fashion. The Knights controlled play with their blocking and hitting in the first two sets versus the Saints as rookie middle Marieka Ouimette led all hitters in the match with 9 kills while Jenny Adie and Cassandra Musungayi each had 7.

Men's Team of the Week – Seneca Sting, Men's Basketball
The Seneca Sting had a three-win week highlighted by a road win over the tough Algonquin Thunder squad. The Sting kicked off their week with a 79-72 win over Georgian before traveling to the Nations Capital where they defeated Algonquin 76-68 and La Cite 88-48. With these three wins the Sting now boast a 5-2 record and are right in the hunt in the competitive East Region.
Women's Team of the Week – Nipissing Lakers, Women's Volleyball
The Nipissing women's volleyball team dethroned the defending champion Humber Hawks this past weekend in league play in a five set thriller that required extra points. Stephanie Stubbert led the way offensivly for the Lakers with 11 kills, while teammate Ashley Hummel paced the defense with 26 digs. Nipissing also defeated the Sheridan Bruins this week 3-0 to improve to a 6-1 overall record.

Men's Team of the Week – Mohawk Mountaineers, Men's Rugby
The Mohawk men's rugby team would not be denied their OCAA Rugby Championship, as the team from Hamilton used some last minute heroics to comeback and defeat the Humber Hawks in the final seconds of the championship game. Joel Clarke scored for the Mountaineers to put them ahead in the final second and earn their first title since 2006.
Women's Team of the Week – Fanshawe Falcons, Women's Cross Country Running
With a national championship title to their credit, the Fanshawe Falcons women's cross country running team was simply impressive. Lillian Sparks paced the Falcons with a gold medal performance, while Rebecca Pieterson finished fifth and Erika Pearce eighth. Ashley Killens (24th), Melissa Linker (26th) and Alysha Gjos (42nd) rounded out the outstanding team performance for the Falcons.

Men's Team of the Week – Loyalist Lancers, Men's Rugby
The Loyalist Lancers Men's Rugby turned their OCAA Division II Rugby Championship silver medal from a year ago into gold with a 29-5 victory over the Georgia Grizzlies. The Lancers were led by Ryan Ferguson who set the tone early and often, blocking several kicked shots with his body. Loyalist also got scoring tries from Corey Black, Sean McMurtry, Nick Imrie, Chad Baerwinkel and Shane Christie. Justin Voskamp also added two converts in the match.
Men's Team of the Week – Seneca Sting, Men's Soccer
The Senca Sting men's soccer team entered the CCAA National Championship tournament as the host and left as the toast of the town claiming the championship title with a 3-2 victory over F.X. Garneau. Mahmoud Mirsadeghi led the team offensively scoring five times in the tourney and was named the Championship MVP. This is the second time Seneca has won the national title, with the last one coming in 1985. Ontario has now earned four national titles in the past 10 years.
Women's Team of the Week – Fanshawe Falcons, Women's Soccer
The Fanshawe Falcons did what no other Ontario Colleges Athletic Association team has done, found their way into the CCAA National Championship gold medal game. The London ladies has a stress filled ride to the gold medal game, defeating Mount Saint Vincent 2-0 to open the tourney, before being taken to penalty kicks versus F.X. Garneau where they prevailed 1-0 (4-3). In the final, the Falcons had to settle for silver after giving up a late goal in the final minute of the game. Tanya Bieshuizen, Chelsey Kudrazovs and Jory-Lynn Uyl were all named to the Tournament All-star team.

Men's Team of the Week – Fanshawe Falcons, Men's Cross Country Running
The Fanshawe men's cross country running team had an impressive showing at the OCAA Men's Cross Country Running Championships, finishing 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 17th to earn the overall men's title. John Mason and Biemnet Yemane found their way on to the podium for the Falcons as their top finishers. Mike Scipio and Sean Coleshill rounded out the Fanshawe scoring team. The men held a 21 point advantage over the next closest team in the scoring ranks.
Women's Team of the Week – Fanshawe Falcons, Women's Cross Country Running
It was a clean sweep for the Fanshawe Falcon women's cross country running team as the trio of Liliane Sparkes, Rebecca Pieterson and Erika Pearce finished gold, silver, bronze respectively. Melissa Linker rounded out the scoring team for the women with a sixth place finish. The women earned their title while holding a remarkable 36 point advantage over their next closest team.

Men's Team of the Week – Algonquin Thunder, Men's Soccer
The Algonquin Thunder men's soccer team claimed their sixth consecutive Belairdirect OCAA Men's Soccer Championship gold medal with a 2-1 defeat of the Seneca Sting. Matthew Rigby and Ali Albadry both scored for the Thunder in the Championship game. Paul Waigango Kihara was named to the all-tournament team, while Sean Pound was named the Championship Tournament MVP.
Women's Team of the Week – Fanshawe Falcons, Women's Soccer
The Fanshawe Falcons women's soccer team captured the Belairdirect OCAA Women's Soccer Championship gold medal this past weekend, defeating the Durham Lords 1-0. Alana Cornet, a tournament all-star, scored the game winning goal for the Falcons early in the first half, providing all the scoring necessary. Erin Hemming was named the MVP of the tournament, while Emily Gillet was named the Top Goalkeeper, not allowing a goal in either game.

Men's Team of the Week – Humber Hawks, Men's Golf
The Humber Hawks found their way back to the top of the national championship podium claiming the CCAA National Championship Team Gold Medal in Windsor this past week. Humber prevailed when they ended the competition with a six-shot lead to the second place team finish. "It was a grind and a very satisfying team win" says teammate Mike Zizek from Humber College. "We were behind after day one but fought our way back. I can only think of one word to discuss the tournament and the golf course; awesome!" Zizek's teammate Ryan Willoughby who placed second overall also had a comment at the closing ceremonies, "Our team is very tight and I think that helped us come back. It was probably our toughest win since I have been here but it feels great to come back and win". "This tournament was by far the best National Championships I have taken part in. The little things that were part of the tournament made a huge difference; having our own locker for the week and having starters on each tee announce your name and college," added Willoughby.
Women's Team of the Week – St. Clair Saints, Women's Fastball
The Saint Clair Saints women's fastball team had a case of deja vu all at the OCAA Women's Fastball Championship, as the defending champs repeated as OCAA Champs after dropping their round robin game to the Durham Lords. Needing to win both games of the gold medal double knockout games, the Saints found stellar pitching with the tournament's top pitcher Candice Gatecliffe on the mount going 4-0 over 28 innings with a stingy 2.25 ERA. The Saints also benefited from the hot bat by Tournament MVP Rookie Samantha Newton. Newton bated an impressive .533 average and led the Saints team with 5 RBI's for the tournament.

Men's Team of the Week – Humber Hawks, Men's Golf
The Hawks Men's team claimed their fourth consecutive OCAA Golf Team Championship title after starting the final day in second place - four strokes back of the Georgian Grizzlies, who led for the first two rounds. The Hawks combined score of 312 in the final round was highlighted by Mike Zizek's 75 (+3), the best score on the day which featured wind gusts of over 60 km/per hour. Ryan Willoughby scored a 77 (+5), James Castle 78 (+6) and Mark Hoffman 82 (+10) to give the Hawks a three day combined score of 908 - 5 shots better than the Grizzlies.
Women's Team of the Week – Humber Hawks, Women's Golf
The Humber Hawks Women's Golf team won their fourth straight OCAA Golf Team Championship. The Hawks combo of Danielle Green and Bev Peel put up a combined three day score of 498 to earn the championship title. Green posted a final round of 81 (+9) and Peel finished the day with a round of 95 (+13) to finish ahead of the Georgian Grizzlies and Fanshawe Falcons.

Men's Team of the Week – Algonquin Thunder, Men's Soccer
The Algonquin Thunder men's soccer team continued to roll this week, adding another three victories to their season's tally defeating the George Brown Huskies (3-0), St. Lawrence Vikings (2-1) and the Cambrian Golden Shield (2-0). The Thunder were led by a pair of rookies with Michael Ranieri notching two goals this week, including one of the three used to defeat the Huskies. Ali Albadry, another upstart, and fifth year midfielder Christian Hoefler also contribute one each in the divisional crossover game. The scoring remains balanced this year for the Ottawa team, as they already have nine different goal scorers and are again led by a proven veteran class.
Women's Team of the Week – Fleming Knights, Women's Soccer
The ladies of the Fleming Knights are turning heads of late and this week was no exception. The Knights dropped the defending OCAA bronze medalist Seneca Sting 3-2 on the foot of a Caitlin Kelly game winner. Michelle O'Brien led the team this week with a pair of goals as the Knights also knocked off the St. Lawrence Vikings 3-0 to move to a 6-0-1 record on the year. The Knights also jumped from fifth to second in the OCAA rankings based on their outstanding play this week.

Men's Team of the Week – Humber Hawks, Men's Soccer
Going a strong three for three this week in the win column, the Humber Hawks men's soccer team find themselves atop of the OCAA rankings with a perfect 6-0 record. The Hawks shutout the Lambton Lions and Niagara Knights and also upended the St. Clair Saints, a team who dethroned the top ranked Sheridan Bruins this week.
Women's Team of the Week – St. Clair Saints, Women's Fastball
The St. Clair Saints women's fastball team had an impressive week on the fastball diamond, racking up five victories to lead the OCAA standings. The Saints managed to sweep both the Mohawk Mountaineers and the Conestoga Condors and also defeated the Durham Lords in a rematch of last season's gold medal game.

Men's Team of the Week – Trent Excalibur, Men's Rugby
The Trent University rugby team has wasted little time in making a first impression as they defeated the Conestoga Condors 36-0, bringing their season's record to 2-0. Daniel Santos paced the scoring, knocking through three converts. Women's Team of the Week – Niagara Knights, Women's Soccer
After their 1-0 loss to the Redeemer Royals to open their first year of action in the OCAA women's soccer league, the Niagara Knights bounced back to tie the St. Clair Saints and added two consecutive victories over the Lambton Lions 1-0 and the Mohawk Mountaineers 1-0. The Knights have only given up two goals in the four games while scoring three.

Men's Team of the Week – Cambrian Golden Shield, Men's Soccer
David stunned Goliath in Sudbury on Friday as the Cambrian Golden Shield men's soccer team defeated the Algonquin Thunder to had the national powerhouse team their first loss since October 2007. Jason Simons scored the monumental goal, allowing them to edge the Thunder 1 - nil.
Women's Team of the Week – Durham Lords, Women's Soccer
Durham Lords had a record breaking start to their season, scoring 14 goals to reset the OCAA single game scoring record. Katie Watts and Brianna Heard led the charge for Durham with four goals apiece, while Shira Wickenheiser and Jenn Sheenan added a pair. Taryn Nicholson and Laura Copeland each scored a goal in the record breaking performance while Morgan Kelly picked up the clean sheet in her return to the Lords lineup.
