It didn’t take long for runners at the CCAA National Cross Country Running Championships to take notice of the sea of red at the top of the leader board as the Fanshawe Falcons women’s cross country team earned the title of 2009 National Champions.
The Fanshawe Falcons men’s and women’s cross country running teams have completed the sweep of the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Running Championships hosted by St. Clair College in Windsor on Saturday.
Ontario runners had a great day as St. Lawrence College, Kingston successfully hosted the 2008 Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) Cross Country Running Open Championship at Old Fort Henry.
