The regular starts on Oct. 22 with a single match hosted by the Conestoga Condors as they entertain the Fanshawe Falcons. The following three days see a dozen matches with the Algonquin Wolves, Boréal Vipères, Cambrian Shield, Canadore Panthers, Centennial Colts, Durham Lords, Fleming Phoenix, George Brown Huskies, Georgian Grizzlies, Loyalist Lancers, Niagara Knights, Redeemer Royals, St. Clair Saints, St. Lawrence Surge, Sault Cougars, Seneca Sting and Sheridan Bruins all seeing action.

The top eight teams in each division qualify for the post-season. The first round will consist of interdivisional play between teams from opposite divisions based according to seeding (1 vs. 8, 2 vs. 7, etc.). The winners will then advance to the quarter-finals, hosted by the higher seeds.
The OCAA championship will consist of back-to-back days of semi-finals and medal matches at the home of the highest remaining seeds. In the event of a tie between the top seeds (eg. No. 1 East and West), the West team will host the championship.
The OCAA champion will advance to the 2027 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Women's Volleyball Championship in LaSalle, Que., from Mar. 10-13.
All OCAA schedules for the 2026-27 season, including dates, times and locations, are subject to change.
