After coming off a tough first round match-up, the Mohawk Mountaineers were looking to regain some traction in the championship with a match against the Sheridan Bruins.
The Mountaineers held the advantage with two regular season wins in four sets.
Mohawk stormed out the gate taking the first two sets 25-14 and 25-17 before Sheridan managed to work their way though the third set with a 25-22 win.
Much like the regular season, Mohawk was not about to let Sheridan have the momentum and sealed the victory with a fourth set score of 25-23, eliminating the Bruins from the championship.
Mohawk moves on the face the St Clair in the consolation final, Sunday at 12 p.m.
