WINDSOR, Ont. - The St. Clair College women's volleyball team suffered a tough loss on Saturday afternoon at the Sportsplex to the Cambrian College Golden Shield.
The Saints were defeated by a score of 3-1. Game scores for Cambrian were 25-20, 25-18, 20-25 and 25-12. Shalena Horst led the way for St. Clair with 13 kills, six service aces and 14 digs.
With the loss St. Clair's record fell to 2-3 on the season while Cambrian improved to 5-1. The Golden Shield are currently ranked No. 6 in Ontario while the Saints are ranked No. 9. St. Clair is next in action when it hosts Boreal on Sunday at noon at the Sportsplex.
