HAMILTON, Ont. - Mohawk's basketball teams divided a pair of decisions with Lambton in OCAA action at the David Braley Athletic and Recreation Centre on Friday.
The Mountaineer women scored a 76-55 win over the visitors from Sarnia, Ont. Jasmina Kucic scored 20 points and added nine rebounds to pace the home team, which led 45-28 at halftime. Stef Hrymak notched 16 points and Hunter Johns added 13.
Lauren Van-Leerzem had 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Lions, while Madisyn Campbell chipped in with 19 points.
With the result, Mohawk improved to 8-3 and Lambton dropped to 4-8.
