WINDSOR, Ont. - The St. Clair College men's volleyball team got in the win column on Saturday afternoon at the Sportsplex after a slow start to their season.
The Saints defeated the Cambrian Golden Shield by a score of 3-1. Game scores for St. Clair were 29-27, 25-19, 20-25 and 25-14. Jared Niziolek led the way for St. Clair with 10 kills, two stuff blocks and four digs. Michael Knight has a strong game as well with nine kills, two services aces and four digs.
With the win, St. Clair's record improved to 1-4 on the season while Cambrian fell to 0-6. St. Clair is next in action when they host Boreal on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Sportsplex.
