OCAA ANNOUNCES MEN'S SOCCER SCHEDULE FOR 2026 SEASON

TORONTO - The Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) announced today its 2026 regular season men's soccer schedule, set to begin on Sept. 11.

Qualifying Games (Divisional Crossover): Wednesday, Oct. 21
Quarter-Finals: Saturday, Oct. 24
Championship Dates: Thursday, Oct. 29 - Sunday, Nov. 1

MEN'S SOCCER DIVISIONS

The regular season schedule will feature a two-division format, with teams playing a single round robin within their division, plus two additional games for 10 total matches each. Overall, 90 regular season matches will be played between Sept. 11 and Oct. 18.

All teams will take to the pitch on the opening weekend. The season will kick off at Seneca as the Sting host the Fleming Phoenix in one of four matches on Sept. 11. Just down the road, the Centennial Colts entertain the Durham Lords, while on the province’s perimeter, the defending OCAA champion Conestoga Condors visit the Niagara Knights and the St. Clair Saints receive the Redeemer Royals.

A clash of champions will occur at the Zanchin Automotive Soccer Centre in Vaughan on Sept. 23 as the two-time defending national champion Humber Hawks hosts Conestoga in their only meeting of the regular season.

The top eight teams in each division qualify for the post-season. The first round will consist of interdivisional play based according to seeding (1 vs. 8, 2 vs. 7, etc.) as East faces West on Oct. 21. The winning teams advance to the quarter-finals on Oct. 24, with the final four advancing to the OCAA championship.

The OCAA championship will consist of back-to-back days of semi-finals and medal matches sometime between Oct. 29 to Nov. 1 at the home of the highest remaining seed. In the event of a tie between the top seeds (eg. No. 1 East and West), the West team will host the championship.

The OCAA champion and runner-up will advance to the 2026 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Men's Soccer Championship in Edmonton from Nov. 11-14.

All OCAA schedules for the 2026-27 season, including dates, times and locations, are subject to change.
