The gold medal match lived up to its billing, delivering intensity, drama, and moments of brilliance from both sides. After a scoreless first half filled with tactical discipline and strong goalkeeping, the breakthrough came in the 76th minute when Humber's Cisco Thomas fired home the opener. Just seven minutes later, Tyler Yasaka doubled the lead with a composed finish, giving the Hawks a 2-0 cushion. Champlain responded in the 89th minute through Yacine Ihaddadéne, who buried a late goal to ignite the home supporters and set up a tense finish
Despite a final push from the Cavaliers, Humber's defence held firm, anchored by goalkeeper Amar Dhindsa, who earned 4-Imprint Player of the Game honors for his three critical saves and commanding presence in the box. For Champlain, defender Cyril Boivin was recognized as 4-Imprint Player of the Game for his leadership and composure under pressure, helping to contain Humber's dynamic attack throughout the match.
The final whistle sparked jubilant celebrations from the Hawks, who capped off an undefeated tournament run with their fourth national title since 2021. For Champlain, the silver medal marked a proud achievement in front of their unwavering home fans, building on their bronze medal finish in 2024.
CCAA Bronze Final: NAIT Ooks 4, Conestoga Condors 4 (3-0 PK)
In one of the most thrilling matches of the tournament, the NAIT Ooks edged the Conestoga Condors in a dramatic 4-4 draw that was ultimately decided by a 3-0 shootout victory for NAIT, securing the bronze medal at the 2025 CCAA Men's Soccer National Championship.
Conestoga came out flying, with early goals from Matteo Grant in the eighth minute and Gregor Mckeon in the 18th giving them a 2-0 lead. NAIT responded through Jameson Kiezik before halftime, and continued their surge in the second half with goals from Ranjeet Singh Brar and Ryak Kabashi, taking a 3-2 lead. Luca Romano equalized for Conestoga in the 68th minute, but was later sent off with a red card in the 71st, leaving the Condors down a man.
Despite the disadvantage, Conestoga pushed the match into extra time. Kabashi struck again in the 110th minute with a penalty, but Ricardo Alvarado answered at the death, scoring in the 120th minute to force penalties.
In the shootout, NAIT converted all three of their attempts while goalkeeper Parys Ona MacArthur stood tall, denying every Conestoga effort. His heroics, combined with the defensive leadership of Jackson Ryan Csobot — who earned 4-Imprint Player of the Game honours — sealed the win. For Conestoga, Grant was named Player of the Game for his early goal and midfield command.

In the second match of Day 3 at the 2025 CCAA Men's Soccer National Championship, the Conestoga Condors and les Nomades de Montmorency faced off in a high-stakes bronze semi-final at Seaway Park 3. With a spot in the medal round on the line, both teams came out with intensity under cool, cloudy skies.
Conestoga struck early, with Marko Lesic opening the scoring in the 10th minute and doubling his tally just after halftime in the 47th. Luca Romano added a third in the 38th minute, giving the Condors a commanding 3-0 lead heading into the second half. Montmorency responded in the 55th minute with a composed penalty finish from Ilyas Mardi, but the deficit proved too steep to overcome.
Cadian Cardos earned 4-Imprint Player of the Game honors for Conestoga, anchoring the backline and helping neutralize Montmorency's attacking threats. For the Nomades, Marcus Lubérisse stood out with his defensive leadership and ball recovery, earning Player of the Game recognition for his tireless effort.

CCAA Semi-Final: Humber Hawks 3, UKC Blue Devils 0
The final match of Day 2 at the 2025 CCAA Men's Soccer National Championship wrapped up with breezy evening at Seaway Park 3, as the Humber Hawks continued their run with a 3-0 victory over the UKC Blue Devils. The win secured Humber's place in the gold medal final on Sunday while UKC will now have to win their bronze semi-final on Friday at 3 p.m. against NAIT to move on to the bronze medal game.
Humber opened the scoring in the 25th minute with a clinical finish from Marcus Riviere, who was a constant threat throughout the match. The Hawks added two more in the second half — Isaiah Noel doubled the lead in the 70th minute with a composed strike, and Cristiano Candelares sealed the result in the 78th minute with a well-taken goal. Humber outshot UKC 18-3 and earned 10 corner kicks, showcasing its attacking depth and control.
Despite the scoreline, UKC goalkeeper Liam Collings was a standout, making five saves and keeping his side in the match with several key stops. His efforts earned him 4-Imprint Player of the Game honours for the Blue Devils. For Humber, Noel's commanding presence at the back and his goal-scoring contribution secured his second Player of the Game award of the tournament.
CCAA Semi-Final: Champlain Saint-Lambert Cavaliers 4, Conestoga Condors 3
In front of an enthusiastic home crowd, the Champlain Saint-Lambert Cavaliers edged out the Conestoga Condors 4-3 in a thrilling semifinal showdown to punch their ticket to Saturday's gold medal match. The game, played under crisp fall skies, was a rollercoaster of momentum swings, dramatic goals, and standout individual performances.
After a scoreless first half, the match exploded in the second with seven goals. Conestoga struck first in the 52nd minute through Ricardo Alvarado, but Champlain responded, finding the back of the Condors net in the space of nine minutes — Thomas Fraser equalized in the 64th, followed by Peter John Boga Guessen in the 67th and Elliot Viel in the 73rd. Conestoga clawed back with goals from Evan Antolcic and a late penalty by Saab Kohar, but a second goal from Guessen in the 84th minute proved decisive.
Guessen earned his second 4-Imprint Player of the Game honour of the tournament, leading the Cavaliers with two goals and relentless attacking pressure. For Conestoga, Kohar's composed penalty and midfield control earned him the same recognition. Both teams showcased high-caliber soccer, with Champlain converting four of their six shots on goal and Conestoga matching them with six shots on target.
With the win, Champlain advances to the gold medal game on Saturday at 3 p.m., while Conestoga will regroup as it heads to the bronze semi-final game against Montmorency at noon on Friday.
CCAA Quarter-Final: Conestoga Condors 6, CMU Blazers 0
The opening match saw the Conestoga Condors, OCAA champions, make a dominant statement with a 6–0 victory over the MCAC champion CMU Blazers from Canadian Mennonite University.
Conestoga wasted little time asserting control, striking four times before halftime. Evan Antolcic opened the scoring in the 29th minute, doubling his tally just eight minutes later. Between those goals, Ricardo Alvarado found the back of the net in the 36th minute, and Gregor McKeon added a clinical finish on the stroke of halftime to give the Condors a commanding 4–0 lead at the break.
The Condors continued their relentless attack into the second half. McKeon scored his second of the match in the 59th minute, and Jackson Kruse capped the scoring with a goal in the 72nd. Conestoga outshot CMU 18–5 and forced Blazers goalkeeper Peterson Nicholas into nine saves. Despite the lopsided scoreline, Messager Mumbere earned 4imprint Player of the Game honours for his work rate and energy off the bench, while Conestoga's Antolcic was recognized for his two-goal performance.
With this emphatic win, the Condors move confidently into their national semifinal matchup while CMU will look to regroup and rebound in their pursuit for the bronze medal.
CCAA Quarter-Final: Humber Hawks 2, Les Nomades de Montmorency 1
In a tight contest, the Humber Hawks from the OCAA edged out the RSEQ champion Nomades de Montmorency, 2-1 under cool and rainy skies at Champlain Saint-Lambert. Despite challenging weather conditions, both teams delivered an intense and physical battle that kept spectators on edge from kickoff to the final whistle.
Humber struck first in the 10th minute with a solo effort from midfielder Michael Crocco, but Montmorency responded just four minutes later through forward Ilyas Mardi, leveling the score 1-1. The turning point came in the 73rd minute when Carmine Fiore netted the game-winner for Humber, capping off a standout performance that earned him Player of the Game honours.
Montmorency's Samuel Pierre Lamarre was a bright spot for the Nomades, contributing defensively and offensively with a shot on goal and relentless pressure throughout the match. Goalkeeper Mohamed Yassine Boua kept Montmorency in the game with seven saves, while Humber's Amar Dhindsa made three key stops to preserve the lead.
The match saw a flurry of fouls and cautions, including a red card to Montmorency's Mehdi Lotfi in the 16th minute, which forced the Nomades to play shorthanded for most of the game.
The 4imprint Players of the Game were Fiore of Humber and Lamarre of Montmorency.
