WELLAND, Ont. - Mohawk divided a pair of soccer decisions at Niagara College on Thursday.
The Mountaineer women squared their record at 3-3-1 with a 1-0 decision over the hometown Knights, who fell to 1-7. Ellen Meyer got the game's lone goal and Steph Rasic picked up the shutout for Mohawk, which has clinched a playoff spot.
The Niagara men upped their mark to 5-3 with a 3-1 verdict over the Mountaineers, who dropped to 0-5-2.
Carlos Williams, Andy Hein and Jordi Amores scored for the Knights. Anthony Halm tallied for Mohawk.
