The St. Clair College women's fastball team completed their season with 6-2 loss versus Humber at the campus diamond.
The Saints finish the regular season with a 9-6 record which is good for third place. Kayla Lindquist had a pair of hits in the loss to the lead St. Clair at the plate.
Alexa Georgiou took the loss on the mound going the distance but surrendered nine hits while striking out six Humber batters. Georgiou added a triple at the plate scoring on sacrifice fly from Jade McDonald. Jessica Russo scored the other Saints run on a Cait Styles sacrifice fly.
The teams could meet up again in the OCAA Provincial Championships on Friday which will be hosted by Seneca College in North York this weekend.
