A single-division format will continue for 2025, as teams play a triple round robin format consisting of one doubleheader and one single game against each club totalling 18 games each.
The four-time reigning OCAA champion St. Clair Saints will open their season on the road against the Sheridan Bruins in a doubleheader on Sept. 6. It will be likewise for the Humber Hawks, who will trek north to play the Sault Cougars. A single game rounds out the opening day schedule as the Durham Lords play host to the Fanshawe Falcons.
The following day also sees five games, with Humber concluding its weekend series against Sault, and a pair of doubleheaders featuring Fanshawe at Sheridan and the Lambton Lions visiting Durham.
An anticipated rematch of last season's OCAA gold medal game between Lambton and St. Clair will take place Sept. 10 at Lacasse Park in Tecumseh. These two teams play a doubleheader later in the season on Oct. 8 in Sarnia.
A total of 63 games are planned across the province over a span of 36 days. As inclement weather can more often than not interrupt the OCAA schedule, Oct. 12-13 has been designated as a period to make up potential rainouts.
The top six teams at the conclusion of the regular season - including host St. Clair - move on to the OCAA championship. (If St. Clair finishes below sixth place, it will replace the sixth seed.)
The modified double knockout tournament will take place Oct. 16-18 at Lacasse Park in Tecumseh. The top two teams advance directly to the double knockout, while the remaining four play a sudden death game to advance to the double knockout stage.
All OCAA schedules for the 2025-26 season, including dates, times and locations, are subject to change.
