Penny Parkes (Scott) is a shared inductee from Fanshawe and St. Clair Colleges having attended and competed at both schools for one season.

In that short period, Parkes won a gold medal at Fanshawe (1988) and at St. Clair (1991) in women's singles. Parkes went on to win a bronze medal at the national championships in 1991, the best finish ever by a St. Clair badminton player.

She completed the Dental Hygiene program between the two schools and is now a resident of Woodstock, Ont.

Penny was also named a member of the OCAA Women's Badminton All-Millennium Team.
