MONTREAL - Three CCAA badminton competed at the 2013 Yonex Canadian University-College National Championships.

Timothy Chiu, Andrew Lau and Tracy Wong all represented the Humber Hawks.
Chiu, a two-time CCAA All-Canadian, three-time CCAA national championship medallist and 2011 CCAA Men's Badminton Player of the Year, finished fourth in the men's single event.
Unfortunately, his opponent in the quarter-final was Humber Hawks teammate Lau. Chiu won the match in identical straight sets (21-15, 21-15).
Wong, the 2013 CCAA Women's Badminton Player of the Year, three-time CCAA All-Canadian and three-time CCAA national championship medallist, advanced to round three of the women's single event before being ousted by the tournament's eventual silver medallist.
The CCAA provides financial support to CCAA athletes attending the Yonex Canadian College/University Badminton National Championships.
The 2014 CCAA Badminton National Championships will take place at NAIT in Edmonton, Alta. from Feb. 26 to March 1, 2014.
